Why is it so hard to get a digital QR code record after getting vaccinated at One Medical? All of my friends got vaccinated in LA county clinics like Carbon Health or CVS or UCLA where getting texts afterwards guiding them thru to obtain a digital QR code that can be saved in Apple phone Wallet for travel.
Ive been calling your clinic and emailing executives via LinkedIn, no one responding besides sending me PDF – paper to print with my name and date the vaccines were administered. We are going to Europe in a week and I need a digital pass. Even when you go on Clear travel App – One medical is not on the list for me to be able to add my vaccine record! I will be emailing and posting on social media, BBB until you do what other clinics did – help their patients to get digital (not PDF) QR code verification like thru Healthvana app or Clear.
If social medicine is your thing go. If not find an MD who is not hamstrung by Medicare rules and One Med rules. Complete waste of time for what was supposed to be a complete physical but lacked so many basic checks it was mind blowing. I feel bad for the MD he was nice enough but totally not practicing good medicine.
A waste of time almost impossible to see a doctor no help whatsoever
Oh the sweet relief of switching to One Medical from my previous large medical provider. Everything just worked and the people were nice.
I even missed that there was a link to join my first telehealth appointment and called support to let them know. She didn't say, "no, it's there you just need to look". She actually called the doctor right away and got it resolved immediately before getting off the phone with me.
I'm in a big city and it was easy to get a same day or next day appointment. Dr. was excellent. Very happy to have One Medical so far.
I am absolutely loving One Medical.
I initially signed up to see a doctor urgently about an abnormal & worrisome irritation of my eye. I signed up online, reached out to schedule an appointment and was relieved and impressed to be connected with a primary care physician the same day. After meeting with me virtually and conducting a thorough triage, she sent me in to the closest office for an in-person checkup.
I was greeted warmly, introduced to another doctor who'd be seeing me within a minute of walking in. She was warm, personable and knowledgeable; she checked me out and prescribed the right course of meds, and I was back out in the sunshine within a total of 20 minutes.
I returned a week later for some maintenance (regular women's health stuff, and a followup checkup of my eye) and again was greeted warmly and seen by yet another wonderful doctor, who worked quickly and kindly, and interacted with a really welcome mix of levity and professionalism.
The three doctors I've met were all phenomenal - and my primary care physician, the first I met, has followed up with me regularly. I've honestly never been to a clinic for primary care/family medicine that felt this well run and well staffed.
The $199 per year is worth it many, many times over.
